Combwell Priory

This project involved working on a grade II listed building to carry out the following works

• Remove existing lead flat roof
• Structural steel beams and new structural timber floor
• Create new pitched roof with hand made peg tiles to match the existing
• Create 2 x bedrooms and 2 x bathrooms within the new roof
• Install 8 x conservation rooflights
• New oak staircase to loft
• Complete overhaul of the existing plumbing and heating system, install commercial type mains pressure system
• refurbish 4 x existing bathrooms
